Pfitz 70+ plan - the 12 week one, or McMillan are awesome. OR.... I really like Matt Fitzgerald - look for his book Brain Training for Runners. He's worked with Kevin Beck who builds fantastic programs.
JD is good for general info but he's not the 'latest and greatest' for plan building in the last 5 years.
Also, if you want to stick your head in a fast moving stream, get on the marathon training thread on runner's world.
