Weird as I have other days when I'm just fine on 1200kcal.. but then there's very little carbs in them (just fruit, veggies and.. of course, chocolate )
Funny you say that, because I've always marvelled over just how much pizza I can eat! Plenty other dishes, I can fill up on just fine with a normal amount but pizza I can eat and eat and eat seemingly forever. I used to think it was because I like it so much, but it never really made sense that I could stuff myself with SO MUCH in volume.

Anyway, I just got back from my Saturday afternoon workout. My heart rate monitor says 1715 calories burned. I didn't run today so that I can go out for a run tomorrow. I think I'm ok, even with the 800 I went over yesterday.

Today shouldn't be any issues. I'm right on track for under 1700.
