2515 Calories yesterday
118 protein and 29 fiber though so that's good

We had a couple people over and ordered pizza. I did go over but it wasn't a disaster like in the past. I ordered a thin crust veggie pizza for myself and stuck to that mostly (other than two other slices). It sounds bad, but really, I kept it together mostly. The biggest problem was that I felt starving by the time we got them so I ate half my dinner in the first minute it arrived! All in all though, in the past I would have had wine with it and 6 - 8 slices of regular crust pepperoni pizza rather than 6 slices of thin crust light-on-the-cheese veggie.

I'm off on my all afternoon gym venture now anyway.

I signed up for a 5K race too. I'm excited. I've wanted to do one for a while now but keep putting it off because I get shin splints and haven't quite gotten to the point where I can run 5K three days in a week without getting them pretty bad. But I CAN run 5K once and be ok, so I'm going to do it. My uncle died of cancer last week and it motivated me to finally just sign up for the Race for Life and do it whether its perfect or not. (It won't be).
