How to proceed?
I was hoping some people could give me their advice or thoughts on how best to proceed with the NROL program.
I started NROL back in January as an “eternal beginner." Most recently I completed the 4th workouts (both A & B) in Fat Loss II. However, I had to take a week off this past week because of work and wasn’t able to make it into the gym at all. So now I’m wondering if I should go back and finish off Fat Loss II’s 5th & 6th workouts…or just proceed to Hypertrophy I.
If I do go back and finish the Fat Loss II program, should I take ANOTHER week off before beginning Hypertrophy, or just jump right into it? Just a little confused on what the best way to proceed is.
