Welcome to the forums.
My advice is don't over complicate things. Use a basic formula to determine your caloric needs, eat healthy, even an even 33/33/33 split of macros is a trillion times better than what most people do.
Take note of your measurements, weigh yourself if you like. Take a photo.
Track what you eat based on what you need using an online tracker like fitday or dailyplate (or an offline tracker)
Workout consistently using compound movements
Maybe do some energy system work
Rinse
Repeat
Keep at it a few weeks, if your measurements and pic aren't going the way you want, adjust accordingly.
Good luck, and kick some ass!
Looking forward to your diet and routine.
