Body Pump is a good class for ENDURANCE. Don't get me wrong, I love Body Pump, although I haven't done a class since I started New Rules so as to give my muscles time to recover between lifting workouts. The class does not emphasize strength like New Rules does, though. Body Pump does use weights, but when you're using the weights for five full minutes, it's really endurance that the class is working on.
