Hyp.II Rep count
Just to confirm, in Hyp.II, for exercises like dynamic lunge and steps ups, etc., I'm confused about how many reps per leg. For the lower reps, for routines like 6x3, 5x6, it makes sense to apply the reps to each leg. But what about 3x12 or 2x25? Is that total or per leg?! Sorry, if this is dealt with in some other thread - didn't see it.
