just curious about body pump? anyone familiar?
i have been taking an hour long bodypump class 1-2 days per week. Its a weight class using bar and weights on each side. anyone familiar? Is this a good class to take in replacement of the program (meaning getting the similiar results). just curious before I end up dropping the class to follow the book.
in addition, in body pump, I believe the highest weights I use are 12.5 each side. at home I have 2 10 lb dumbells and 2 12 lb dumbells. should I be aiming higher with the weights at home if I start this program? Need to know what to buy at the store. I know the class is hard because there are a LOT of reps for each exercise. I have definetely seen results in my body (unfortunately not so much in the fat area on the tummy).
