My question is should I be doing any cardio. Before I started on this program, I was just doing cardio. And from the time I started on the stage 1, I have stopped doing any cardio. May be that is the reason I haven't seen any weight loss yet??

I'm doing 20 minutes of somewhat intense biking 2x a day (to work and back) and holding ground (on the scale, although it feels like the weight is starting to distribute differently).
I don't know if I would necessarily
recommend this though -- my butt is getting kind of angry at me. In addition to the biking I'm doing moves
like deadlifts and step-ups all the time at work, and the upshot of this is that last night I couldn't face my lifting workout. Same as last week, I'm getting in 2 when I want to do 3.
I'd say if you're going to do it, try to switch up what you're doing cardio-wise or your muscles might get over-taxed.
