BWM Questions
I just did my first BWM yesterday and I have a couple questions:
1. Do you have to put your hands up near your ears for the moves? I found it unconfortable and prefer my hands at my hips.
2. When doing the lunge jumps, I found myself swinging my arms to get myself going and using some momentum. Is this OK. I didn't do it for the squat jumps only the lunge umps.
