MONDAY 11-5-09
MORNING

Jump rope x 100 x 5
curls, rows, pushups, gm's, in between (all light)

NIGHT

- Foam Rolling

- Mobility Work

a - Front Squat (easy)
b x 10
40kg x 5
50 x 5
60 x 3
70 x 1, 2, 1 (cluster)

- felt pretty good, no pain, still a little tightness though

a2 - db hammer curl and press
10kg x 10 x 5

b - Slight Incline Sprints
~40m (44yards)
1 - 3 (warmups)
4 - 10
11 - jog

c - bb rows (paused)
light x 12, 10, 12, 10

d - plank
30s x 3 (these were hard after the sprints)


- front squats were pretty good, I might have gone a little deep a few times, were my ass tucks under and stretches the bit were my pain usually is.

- almost back to full speed
