back in the gym this morning. Got to go all by myself and left little ansley home with daddy. Story goes she only cried for about 15mins before I got home

workout 1 Wk 2

foam rolling / activation at home

mobility warm-up

1a) RDL: 3x12x95lbs
1b) cable push: 3x12x25lbs (heavy)

2a) cable pull:3x12x30lbs (heavy)
2b) scaption:3x12x8lbs

3a) prone row to external rotation 2x12x5lbs
3b) side plank 2x10x5sec (why are 5sec hold for reps harder than longer holds???? )

all done!

also got a short walk in.
