Hey everyone, Thanks for the information and opinions it has truly helped. I was just wondering I have a pretty good base already created, would it be OK to skip the foundation phases of a program???(BASE PHASE) Yet, on the same note, I have seen my progress decline on training runs such as intervals and tempo runs! What should I do? For example, I used to be able to do an 11 mile tempo run, and now I am struggling to finish a 10 mile tempo run. Once again thanks everyone!
