Marathon Season Is right around the corner NEED HELP!!
Hey everyone I am currently running around 70 miles a week, I am preparing to run the Hartford Marathon in October. I was just wondering if there are any marathon training plans out there to help me achieve my goal of running a 2:55-3:00 marathon. I was looking at this one

the one in Jack Daniels running formula (2nd edition)? Has anyone had any expereince with either of these?? OR would you recommend another program??
