Any benefit to taking protein on off days?
I just bought this 5 lb tub of whey protien from GNC because it was on sale and mentally I feel like I wanna make sure I'm getting the full use of it. So, the question is is there any benefit to me taking it on the days where I'm not working out and just take some everyday? I don't want to waste it if there's no additional benefit to taking it on off days, but if there is even some marginal benefit I would like to use it every day.
