Lisa! Thank You for that! Sometimes its easy to lose sight of the real goal- a better life! Weight loss really is just a byproduct of the exercizing. It is called a fat loss program and not a weight loss program.
And yes I have been very happy with the results! I feel way better than I have since I joined the gym. (Seems my body does not like endurance training.) And visually I am seeing great improvements!
