Ok, I will just do it! I have done NROL in the past and this exercise just felt weird. I have returned to NROL because I had shoulder surgrey on 3/11/09. I started back with the break-in workout. This is my 2nd week. I will next go to FL I( and yes I remember those BSS with overhead presses). This is a good starting point for me since it is heavy on the legs and a little lighter on the upper bod. Do not laugh but on the DB overhead's I am only using 10 lbs. It is a bitch I will tell you. But I have to restart some where. I have never posted on here much at all but I hope to change that....I look forward to chatting with more of you guys.

Short History on me:

age 51
been playing tennis for 36 yrs and started lifting in my early 40's
I read and study every thing I can get my hands on exercise and nutrition.
I had bone spurs remove and a dislocation...I have lost alot of cartilage in my rt shoulder

Thanks for taking the time to read,

Larry
