Slow and easy does it. Don't be in a hurry to get back to training/lifting. The gym/equipment etc will all be there waiting for you. What you want is to get as much of your original arm use as possible and you won't get that if you re-injure due to impatience.

Follow the advice of your PT and progress when able.
