Tues was a nice walk
wed was mall (I have to have a social life too :O )during my moment of opportunity...yesterday was doc appt. Such is life.

1a) plate squat: 2x10x20lbs
1b) incline push-ups: 2x15
2a) cable pull through: 15x50lbs, 15x57.5lbs
2b) db row: 2x15x30lbs (a bit too heavy)
3a) prone I,Y,T 2x12
3b) plank 2x8x5secs
finito in 30 mins as I did the foam rolling at activation at home. Little Ansley slept the whole time...and is still sleeping

Next weeks' workouts will take a bit longer with 3 sets.
