Its in my home town. So I know the roads and the beach but not too sure about the run loop. Really enjoying the longer trainings. Been getting in more open water swims so that is helping. Bike is going to be the weakest link. My running is getting so much better. I'd initially thought I'd end up walking to finish the distance but I think I'm going to power through the run.
Some days are better than others but overall really enjoying the journey.
