Hi to all

Last 3 weeks ago I had this terrible foot pain on the right. When I press down my right foot while walking it hurts mildly but when I walk it started to hurt bad. I didn't injured my right foot into any accident it just happened that it hurts. When I was in bed I coudln't lift my right foot because of the pain what I'm doing is slowly lifting it up to the position on where I wanted to position my self on the bed. Then when I was gonna wear my shoe's it hurts really bad again. I've been taking some pain killer medicine to ease the pain on my right foot or put some ointments on it. The pain usually starts on the right ankle itself. When I move it that's the time it usually hurts a lot.

I wonder what kind of put pain that causes this? Or what kind of therapy to help solve the problem.
