It depends a lot on how each of us is built. Some of us tend to naturally mash more than others. A good range is 85 rpm and up. Assuming this is on flat ground. Climbing will drop the cadence quite a bit.

90 is a good place to start and see how you do. High cadence will take some time to get used to.
