I did a run/walk/jog with bodyweight exercises. I'm so out of running shape. But, the real question is why do I care? I'm not sure, but it would be nice to be able to run 5k again without feeling like I might die.

A1, 1.1 mile lap around the lake (broken up by the following)
A2, feet elevated pushups (15/15/12)
A3, bench pistols (7/6/7)
A4, dips (12/11/10)
plus misc chins throughout the day.
