Since it'd be your log, you'd get to decide how to do it and how often to update.

Some people list the details of each workout; some summarize; some just pop in every so often and let us know how they're doing. Some chat about hobbies, work, daily life, and new ideas while others stick purely to workouts or nutrition. Some write stuff up from scratch to post here while others copy and paste a log from elsewhere to post here or just put up a daily link to the program or site where they log food.

Whatever works for you.

And as for this "keep up" stuff...we're supposed to keep up?!? I'm in trouble then.
