Last night's workout. I'm eating pretty light during the week, still. Trying to, anyway. Mostly. With a few stellar failures...

Anyhow, since WEDNESDAY, things have been good.

Sooooo, I went with the lower volume workout, in hopes of not stimulating the HUGE appetite. So far, so good.
A1, Bench Press, 185 (10 singles)
A2, Rack Pulls, 405 (3), 425 (4 sets of triples), 315 (2 sets of 12)
B1, Overhead Shrugs, 95 (12/12/12)
B2, Pullups (5/5/5) - note to self, pullups after rack pulls = too hard
Seems like the "laterals" got totally worked with the rack pulls, leaving my pullups sadly lacking. I can do more than 5, usually. Not today, and 5 was tough.
Also, I haven't done a lot of heavy pulling/rowing lately, and my hands freakin' hurt last night. Between my lats and my calluses, 5 was torture.
