Actually fatloss 2 says "do each of the 2 workouts 6 times, alternating between them." so that's 12 workouts total, which would be 6 weeks at 2/week.
So you're really just dropping the later workouts if you're only doing them for 4 weeks if you follow the "constant obligation" template. IIRC, it cuts hypertrophy short too.
