Default Man of constant obligation query

Hi all,

In Fat Loss 2 it says to do 2 workouts a week for 4 weeks = 8 workouts of A & B in total.

The programs are only set out for 6 workouts, what is the recommended rep range & temp for workouts 7 & 8?
