I am in Hypertrophy 1 right now, and am ravenous if I abide by a diet. I am 6'3" /215, and feel that if I do not eat alot more, then I actually start getting sick and am way tired.
I pretty much doubled up my protein and feel much better. I have been using this as a MRP:
