You can increase your weight, but not your height, as your height is governed by your genetics. If you're as tall (or taller) than both of your parents, you might already be at maximum size.
For gaining weight, exercise and eat plenty of whole grains, protein like chicken, beef, fish, beans or soy products, and extra fruits & vegetables. However, along with the extra calorie intake you should exercise more else you'll just get more fat.
