Man, seems like ages since Ive last been here. Well long story short, I got up to 205 at one point, then i woke up one day, me n the chick split after 5 years, moved to a new city and since Jan I havn't touched a weight. Shocking for those of you who remember me. No more powerlifting, no more bodybuilding.
Now I wake up at 6 a.m every morning to go running with my catahoula. I still regularly do pull ups/push ups and bodyweight only exercises. Now I pretty much live off of eggs,tuna,chicken, olive oil, chick peas and veggies. Im down now to 180ish for the first time in years. Long story short I no longer care about how big or strong I am for the first time in my life
without further a due, here is the new me.
going to try to drop another 10 lbs, still feel too heavy.
BTW, if you remember my first post in this sub forum JP, what you said had a big impact on me and I thank you for it. My joints will years from now as well.
