Yeah - newdawn, I would think you can! I started last Oct as well with NROLFW! I just jumped into FLII, but I only have the 8 rep workouts left. I have to say FLII is hard! I especially didn't do well at first with the Bulgarian Split Squat with Overhead Press.... & I didn't particularly like the static lunges with the barbell either!
