If I'm making tuna salad I sometimes use a couple tablespoons greek yogurt or sometimes a couple tablespoons of spaghetti sauce or salsa or just balsamic vinnegar.
Then depending on my mood & what I have around I might chop & add some of these: green onions, tomatoes, spinach, cucumber, green pepper, pico de gallo from the deli.
As far as spices I often use curry powder, Penzys Spices "Sunny Paris" spice mix, or Adobo seasoning.
