That is what I'm thinking I'll do. Though none of the personality profiles really fit, I think I'll go with "Lifter 3: A (wo-)man of constant obligation." I like this one b/c there is only 1 hypertrophy, which I dont' really care about, and all three strengths. My only concern is that Lou says it's for an "intermediate to advanced lifter" and he also says that one can be considered a beginner until one has been lifting at least a year. And I've only been at it since late October. Still, I think after NROL4W I'll be able to do this, don't you?
