Thanks for the advice. Right now I'm doing three workouts with HITT a week and one extra HITT session. I definitely do get jacked up to go everyday, but I'll focus that energy into higher intensity workouts and improving my diet instead.

So far, so good for NROL. My legs feel stronger and more stable. And I also feel like I am losing fat.
