Pick a program based on your goals. If you want Fat loss, do a fat loss workout. If you want Strength ...

All of them are good workouts. If you are just looking to improve your overall fitness, choose the one that looks the least like a program you'd design for yourself. It'll challenge you more by keeping you out of your comfort zone.
