Since you have already started it, I would stick with BOM. A lot of people here (myself included) did BOM, and then NROL when it came out. After about 6 months doing other things, I am actually back to the NROL workouts right now. Once you're done with BOM, you could make a smooth transition and jump right into NROL from there.
