I haven't read the book of muscle but my advice would be to stick with what you think is working for you right now. If you're not enjoying your workout or seeing any results, then yeah, do something about it. If you're enjoying and seeing results I would say just finish the program and then switch to a program from NROL. The NROL Hypertrophy program is amazing. I'm making some huge gains since I started my program and I hope it works as well for you, everyone is different. Between the Break in program and hypertrophy I have gained 20 pounds of muscle. I know you asked for people who read the book but I thought I would just give my two cents, after all this is the internet
