Default The Book of Muscle VS. NROL??

As brief as i can make it....

Me- 25 year old male, 178 lbs, 6 ft on the dot, very lean except for some stubborn belly fat.

My goal-Hypertrophy. Strength is nice, and obviously a key component to larger muscles... but my goal is simply "bigger muscles".

My past- Dropped about 60 lbs a year and a half ago, unfortunately, a lot of muscle went with the fat due to EXTREME cardio during strict calorie reduction for an extended period of time. (i didn't know any better.) Been lifting for about a year now.

My current routine- The intermediate program of "The Book of Muscles" Ian King and Lou Schuler. week 4 as of now.

My current diet- about 3,000 cals of the highest quality nutrition i can make time to eat. 25/35/40 fat/protien/carb. healthy fats, slower burning carbs (except after a hard workout), and as many natural sources of protein as possible, shakes to supplement.

Finally getting to the question--
After reading the forums here for a while i just can't disagree with so many intelligent people and i bought NROL. Now i'm torn wether to stick with the 24 week program in "the Book of Muscle" or to go ahead and make the switch to NROL (haven't finished reading the book yet, not sure which program, i assume early level hypertrophy)

SUGGESTIONS from anyone familiar with "The Book of Muscle". Please?

Thanks,
Kenny
