some people use yoga to help relax them, some people use supplements, some people use music, and some people just figure it out on their own without yoga or supplements or music. It's all about what can make you feel relaxed. Everyone is different, so taking a GABA supplement may work for me to relax me, but might not work for you. I tried yoga (did not really relax me out of class or got me flexible), I tried talking to people and listening to their advice (usually people would say: just dont think about it), I tried using music (music makes me feel relaxed when I am only listening to it). none of that worked until I started taking GABA now foods brand from iherb website (no way I would pay full price in the stores if I can get it cheaper online). Before buying any supplement though, see whats in it and if you are allergic to anything. and most important, check the ratings and read the reviews.
