Sunday 5th
running 3 times up a steep hill
feel a cold coming on !

Monday 6th April
Dumbell bench press - 12kg - 10, 28kg - 7, 26kg - 10, 24kg - 10, 22kg - 10, 22kg - 10

dumbell row - 18kg 10,10,10

double crunches - 12,12,12
