To clarify why I'm concerned, I've looked ahead to Fat Loss III, Hypertrophy I&III, and Strength II and they all look like they've been designed to be increasingly difficult.

By adding extra HITT on off days or doing one more workout a week, will that take away from the effect of the other routines down the road?
