Default Want to go to the Gym everyday...

Hi all,

I came back home in September from a stint overseas and missed lifting so I've been lifting consistently since then. Before that time, I also have previously lifted consistently for over a year.

I am six feet tall, 205 lbs, and estimated 16% bf or so. My goal is to get my bf% down the next three months or so (10% is my goal, but I will adjust monthly to see that's possible). So I choose the "Serious lifter, but seriously fat" routine just started intermediate break-in.

My concern is that I have the desire to get the gym a lot more. Before picking up NROL, I had been lifting a split routine and going to the gym 5-6 times a week.

What would be the best way to add in more gym time? I have done an extra session of Metabolic Overdrive/HITT in my first week, but feel like more. There seems to be a lot of emphasis on rest and intensity and I feel as thought I have enough of both.

So I was thinking I could do four session of lifting a week with HITT a week taking my first three week total to 12-13 workouts instead of the suggested 9-10. Does anyone see any problem with that?

Thanks in advance.
