Howdy folks, here's my pics from the 'hey, if nerds can get abs so can I' challenge (that I had with a friend), back in 2008

Used rollerskates, a lot of high intensity training in the morning (sort of interval training style), some cheap soy protein (all I could afford at the time, as I was between jobs living from savings alone

) and Supliform, the affordable romanian anticelulitic gel, made of herbal ingredients with a LOT of minty extracts
Fat burners were Yerba Mate tea and coconuts (about 4-5 a week)
Also, nutrition was heavily influenced by Paul McKenna's show, Paul McKenna Will Make You Thin (you can find at least some of it on youtube, great info) with no strict diet, no calorie counting and nothing that would go against my natural tendncy to be lazy. I've also taken a lot of general advice from 'Evil Russian' Pavel Tsatsouline as far as exercises go. Videos and materials bootleged off the net like a true pirate, sorry Pavel and McKenna, wish I could afford to support your programs more, they are great quality and value
Whaddya guys and girls think ? some critique, some ideas for the new challenge that I started for 2009 ?
