Here's what I think needs doing, to get things started. This is going to work really cool later on, so I figured the more info, the better.
In no particular order:
- buy mp3 player with good capacity and battery life - for sleeping on Paul McKenna tracks and staying focused throughout the day with music and seminars
- Gather all the materials in one folder - Evil Russian Pavel Tsatsouline, Paul McKenna, the Kundalini Yoga videos
- Stock up on Melatonin - for more, better quality sleep
- Move to other room - changes of environment make it easier to change behaviors / install new habits
- Build a set of Poi - secret weapon for this year's approach to upper body development and general fun
- Change bearings on roller skates and clean them for a change

- Stock up on Supliform - the cheap and natural Romanian anticelulitic gel
- Bring a thermos and Yerba mate to have available at work
- grow wheatgrass (possibly find a low tech juicer for it)
- go to fitness store, get protein and protein bars, L-Carnitine and anything else they might have that's interesting
