It's mostly constantly wrapped in an ace around the knee. Ice is backed off, I ice a couple times a day. I take off the ace to re-wrap and for short intervals to elevate the leg a lot to try to reduce that fluid in the foot/ankle, rest of the time it stays on.
I'm freaked out by the calf and ankle and whatnot that's just huge compared to the other leg… and I don't know how much extra swelling/fluid retention is "normal" in this situation. It looks like the 5or so pounds I put on post crash are all in my leg (and ass). My shoe is as loose as it can be and it is tight. I mean, the actual bump is fine, relatively speaking.
I assume it's mainly normal, I don't have the best of circulation, my mobility is crap so even though I try to move and massage, it's of course not the same.
I didn't want to freak out about it, but I didn't want it to be bad news and not tell my doc and whatnot. It's prolly nothing, I know.
