Exercise:

Snatch-grip deadlift 80# 3X10
T-push-up BW 3X10
Bulgarian split squat with overhead press 10# 3X10
Underhand-grip lat pulldown 60# 3X10
Romanian deadlift/bent-over row 60# 3X10
Lower body Russian twist BW 3X10

walk - 35 minutes


Nutrition:

Fat - 22.9% (31 grams)
Protein - 45.1% (138 grams)
Carbohydrates - 24.9% (76 grams)
Alcohol - 7.1% (13 grams)

Calories: 1224

Feel like %$@#. Will try to maintain deficit for a few more days (ideally would like to keep cals this low for a total of 14 days), have a refeed and reassess. May go up to around 1400 and see how I feel there.
