Thanks for your reply. The first time I visited my physiotherapist she told me I have an imbalance in my hips because my left leg is slightly shorter than the right one (she also told me this is not a big deal).
I am in fact working with her on specific exercises, especially those which can strengthen my abs. I have a lot of static exercises to do plus some more generic stuff like squats and lats pulldown. Does it sound correct?
In the last month my conditions have improved quite a lot. Anyway as soon as I push a little bit more on my strength exercises a stronger pain develops.
