I am currently debating which program to start. I just purchased Leighs fat loss troubleshoot and am not sure if I should go with her original opt or the opt remix. I am currently at about 18% bf (tested @ 15%-18%) and would like to get shredded for summer. I did nrol4w last year in a caloric deficit and saw great results until I got mono

. The workouts in opt seem a bit sissy for lack of a better term, but I like how she couples caloric/macronutrient intake with specific workouts..Any words of wisdom out there? I guess I could start a thread in Leighs forum, sorry for the hi-jack mia.
