olympic weightlifting videos
Yesterday I reviewed USAW's Club Coach Course video and Dreschler's Weightlifting Encyclopedia Video. Excellent videos that I had previously watched. Dreschler's video is the most in-depth I have seen on the subject. I have been reviewing my videos, books and notes on Olfiting over the last couple of months in prep for my Olympic Weightlifting for Performance Seminar in Louisville Ky (May the week before JP Fitness Summit).
