Good idea getting the owner to show you the equipment. I'm not sure what gear you have at home, but NROL is pretty much based on the assumption you've access to a good amount of gear (assuming you wanted to do it exactly as written, without substitutions). If you aren't already, take midsection measurements along with your daily weigh-in. Sometimes the scale won't show movement but your waist will. Good luck with your journey - will be following along.
